Essentially Zero. There have been dozens of small scale MSC / Covid-19 trails both autologous and allogeneic, from various tissue sources over the last 6 months, all around the world by different groups. Whilst they have have not all been blinded they have all without exception reported good to fabulous results or are still running (ie not stopped for futility)
