Based on the Mt Sinai results, there's about one chance in a zillion (i.e. a very large number) of being stopped for futility.
If the trial is stopped either for overwhelming efficacy or for futility, results will be told to MSB by the DSMB and then announced by MSB to keep the market informed. It's only for continue trial that the blinding isn't revealed by the DSMB.
