I'm quite doubtful about this announcement. Thermaquatica had an agreement with Greenpower (GPP) and wasted a ton of shareholders money and time trying to get this reactor up and running.In the end, nothing eventuated and i believe they canned the project. Back then it was using brown coal to create a liquid for use in agriculture. The old threads also contains comments made by those with a scientific background that believed the process wasn't even possible.
For those interested have a look at the old GPP announcements.
Looks like they've been shopping around looking for another company to team up with. Hopefully they don't waste to much time and money on this.
