Ask the question why there was a loss? It's not for the same reasons as it was in 2018 / 19. Unless there was Covid19 and bushfires back then as well? The Sydney Olympic Park had issues in November 2019 which was a legacy issue.
Staff are being under utilised at present due to travel restrictions and projects being slowed. A pick up in that means that the cost remains the same but income goes up. If someone is only working at 60% capacity then that is say 20% to 30% extra that can come in. Gross margin on that incremental income is very high.
