Results pretty much speak for themselves in that UNV holders seperately earnt pretty much all the ebitda of a combined group. Value destroying for us UNV holders for sure. But what's done is done.
glad they didnt pay a dividend. As expected. If they did it would have been IMHO poor capital management given the shape of their balance sheet and underlying earnings.
