Paypal is not going to be the default payment provider anymore for ebay so I guess they are extending their business offering to offset that. Amazon is not going to use paypal ever and they already signed up Z1P AU.
I'll wait to hear what Amazon has plan for Z1P now that the company is a global player.
I know I will use Z1P for all my bills and purchases as much as possible.
