Sabre have just announced the discovery of fault splays off Penny West (200K oz au high grade historical and 300K oz au high grade (RMS) valued at $230m).
Sabre holds the tenement coloured red on this map.
It seems likely that gold rich fault splays from Penny West extend into the 100% Venus owned tenements in Blue on the map. Prior to Sabre's discovery the Venus tenements were considered 'off strike' with the exploration focus on the southern section currently being drilled as part of the Venus/Rox JV (equal partners). This new data could be a game changer.
