Reading through the posts I still believe many think this is about disallowing the hijab or burqa alltogether.
It is mainly for some situation they should be required to take it off. Some places don't allow you to walk in with a hat, thongs on, without a shirt and so on.
If some places don't allow the burqa then it's up to that place. Of course the shop owner, restaurant owner or whoever will be labeled a bigot by the Australian living Muslim clerics hence it won't happen.
