The biggest thing Aldo mentioned, was that they are in progress to sign a contract with a new American pharmaceutical company in the next weeks.. I don't think the share price will tank to capital raising prices...
I personally take this CR as a forward investment. Aldo mentioned CR for purchasing new extraction machinery and money will be spend for researching new products......and a bit of a war chest.
Canaccord must be very confident in the NZS story to take any shortfall of the 3 million$ they want to raise from existing share holders. The question now is only .....what will be the CR price...my guess minimum 4.5 cents and maximum 5 cent . Either way...I will take my whole allocation.....
