No doubt the abundant evidence, yet to be released to the market should confirm that tangential idea. Nothing much they have done has been orthodox and when they've attempted to apply it, its backfired (audit). lol
I suspect you would be right under normal circumstances, but this specific suspension is lacking anything that would resemble normality and in particular, ASX's behaviour and management of the issue.
Can't wait to see them finalise and lodge that defence.
