    Peter Shaper, speedcast CEO HAS RESIGNED AND RETURNED TO PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM HE IS AFFILIATED WITH. I wonder if that is Centerbridge ?

    Directors are supposed to work for the interest of shareholders.
