Executive pay is never popular with shareholders but lets not forget that Errol is really doing 2 jobs - MD and CEO.
If we had 2 people being paid $160,000 each for these major roles we'd probably feel we were getting away with things quite cheaply.
Anyway, just my humble opinion but I think Errol is a good operator who's steered us safely around the Cape COVID shipwreck rocks. Hopefully by Christmas time we'll look at his renumeration as chicken feed compared to our SP.
