The new inhaler will do a couple of things. Reduce cost and increase margin as it combines the carbon filter module within the unit and improves the packing density for freight.
It also reduces the complexity and time required to apply the active ingredient onto the evaporative media for inhalation. The changes are "equivalent in performance" so it should not impact existing medical efficacy or approval.
