A non-producing mine without equipment is not worth much. Come 14 Feb, it seems ADY will get all CMSB's assets and will defunct CMSB. Don't expect any good announcements until then including the capex port. They have an invested interest in keeping the mine a non-going concern. After that, don't rule out a Wisco JV, buyout or rights issue. The capex/panamax port was a precondition. So its possible ADY could get back on its feet with the help of a new partner.
