That's a shame you found it hilarious. There is a lot of thoughtful discussion on this thread (and as your post demonstrates some that is not so thoughtful).
If the DSMB does not recommend early termination for overwhelming efficacy at the first stopping point there will be something of a sell off by the nervous nellies who can't see beyond the end of their nose. I imagine you will be one of them. History tends to repeat itself.
This was you, wasn't it, during the last such sell off in the lead up to the AdComm meeting?
