I can't agree that accumulators are keeping a lid on the share price. Surely, no one is going to pay more than say 24.5c until the SPP is settled. I put the current stagnant price range simply down to an arbitrage cap.
Things will get more interesting from 9th September. There may be a period after that when short term profits could be taken at say 26c to 28c which could again cap the price for a period, but that is only a consideration for traders.
If you are investing the only decision is to buy shares or not to buy, and then wait for Company results which will send the price North or South.
