It means that there is an increase in receivables YoY from 6.7m to 10.3m..which is what you would expect from a growing business...not sure what you are trying to get at here.
At some point the business should have enough revenues to cover these expenses. Again.. look at MP1. It STILL doesnt have profit. 58m in revenues with 47.6m loss for the year.
