LDKS, Why on earth would you even consider slurry when you are right beside the highway? Why would you consider slurry when it is highly likely a railway will be built eventually? Slurry is very high capex and a waste of time even evaluating. Kegend had to consider it because there were very few other choices available to them.
Stock to low CAPEX, short-term explorer to producer option. It all seems very logical to me. Cant quite understand how you could even really question it.
