unfortunately you cannot factor in a present moment human emotion into the market now, human emotions are not fundamentals or statistic, but you sometimes wonder with people.
It a bit like saying Hitler moved Germany before he even spoke to move and united the people toward a preceived better future and a common goal.
People and the market want hope, IMO he will deliver.
