    Rename MLL to say.....
    Mali Minerals....
    Investors stock holdings and sp remain as is, listed on asx...
    Mali minerals would then become owners of 100% of 2 seperate private concerns Mali gold & Mali lithium ....
    Maybe at some stage the new listed company(what ever they decide to name it) could be listed on another exchange ,say....the lse
