Who is selling today? Anyone with a brain really, if you can sell some shares above $3.50 today and buy them back at 3.50 under the rights issue, why wouldn't you?
These types of issues usually create a sell off but the price should stabilise over the coming weeks and I suspect will end up higher than it was before the trading halt.
