"tmr has a promising future" , page-19

I will be re-faxing the liquidators on Tue and request that they correspond (via writing) within 7 days, with the necessary procedure to follow to be recognised as a creditor. I will post their response on this thread once I receive it. If anybody has any letters from TMR prior to their collapse, implying that TMR were fine, I would really appreciate it if I could talk to you. A creditor has to prove that they are owed money. ie: an invoice,etc. (in our case - a shareholder has to prove that they were mislead).
