    Thanks for your thoughts Truenorth, Itzgr82balive, Scott th Ratbag.

    For the ASX to be ruled to have seriously breached its operator licence and have its licence revoked provides such a scenario that it would throw the proverbial cat amongst the pigeons. Unlikely, yeah perhaps, but very intriguing as to just what would happen. Even NSX is on the ASX.

    Also in my previous post I forgot to mention that a lawsuit that would also most certainly be filed and coincide with ISX against ASX, would be the ASX shareholders.
    The thing is, even though the ASX may feel they can self regulate themselves??, and this circa half a billion law suit isn't material??in their opinion.
    Would it be that, if they lose...it will all be 'material' and they will have two class actions to follow the ISX pay out to whatever the judge may derive.
