For me there is 2 different arguments.
One is based on the success of the business and the other is the issues with ASX.
Clearly the company is a success and the financial reports show that. So if you believe in the company then you stick with it and continue.
Now none of that means they will come out of this battle with ASK unscathed and maybe there will be fines or suspensions resulting from investigation from ASIC.
If I'm in that position the companies trajectory appears to be on track regardless of whether they win or lose and whether they are a private or public company. That being said though a loss and delisting would have a significant effect on the reputation of the company I would think.
Now if you have a lot of shares on the line I'm sure there would be some stressful times.
