Conversion cost 20c. Chances are, MalInthemiddle purchased his options way back when they were at 30c, hence the total outlay if he converts would be 50c.
The heads are running at 19,20,21c at present, i.e. conversion of your held options or purchasing of ord shares is effectively same cost.
It is better for him to convert and hand the extra cash to the coy in order to utilise rather than acquire the heads. - Thats what I'll be doing.
