I disagreed that legend in ahead of mak.

Legends combined resource(non jorc) is not at 16% cutoff but is 16% at probably a 10%cut off.

Pity they are having problems getting approvals for lady Annie. Lady Annie with a slurry pipeline would have been expensive, but would have been a success imo. Now they are trying to find some sort of dso at D-tree, this will test the commitment of their indian partners. Will be interesting to see if they(indians) will accept a dso product of about 25% full of contaminates, and if they will pay enough for it to make it economic to dig up/ truck/rail.

I would not own legend as it is looking like they may not be allowed to mine Lady Annie and there is a significant risk they might not be able to easily produce rp suitable for making fertilizer from their other deposits.

Significantly more risk in Legend than mak.

Mak has a quality deposit.
