Bee I believe I mentioned all this in a very very early post way back when . Do I have to go and retrieve it again just to prove it. Anyways... here goes again.
You have the 1.0 cent placement and the 2.5 Canary Options price. You have the announcement where they stated there will be a ' Entitlements Options ' offer to shareholders made SOON. ( still waiting ) . You also know they stated they would issue 1 billion shares at 1.0 cents potentially raising $10 million back as early as Resolution #10 in the pre-meeting announcement ....and we know they have already raised $2.7 million through the placement of 270 million shares.
So from there , we can then extrapolate the concept that ANY offering to shareholders raising a further $7.3 million would have to come from a ' Conservative ' and yet ' Fair ' proposal ( hence the same terms as Canary ) , and be broadly structured on a 1 for every 2 basis.
O.K ....so then lets say your objective is to have a 1 million's worth of share holding's when you come out the other side of the ' Options Offering ' . So in this scenario , you first have to assume you are going to pay 1.0 cents ' up front ' with the balance of 1.5 cents sometime within the next 3 years. ( same as the Pro's and Adviser's )
Now if you know it's a 1 for 2 based on the current number of shares outstanding ( which you do ) as compared to that of what will be additionally added in the offering , you could BUY your first 1 million shares at prices targeting 2.5 cents ( if below then even better ..... like 2.4 or 2.3 ) , and then with your second 2 million ( 2 Thirds ) purchases at any price up to and including 4.0 cent. And this is Why we in part saw such LARGE volumes being transacted to this price point of 3.9 - .4.2 cents. ( which was predicted ....
)
So lets say you wait and only BUY the additional 2 million shares exactly at 4.0 cents....but you've got your 1 million you bought at 2.5 cents. So you then SELL the 1 million at 5.0 cents ( or prices in between 4.0 & 5.0 ) . thereby locking in and pocketing $10,000 in cash profits which the proceeds are then potentially used to pay for your 1 million 1.0 cent ' Partly Paid ' Options. Even if the Share Price falls back to 3.5 cents ( where it is now ..... ) where you SELL another 2 million after it goes Ex- Entitlement - You still have total Cash Profits collected of $15,000 with a total Cash Outlay of $10,000 still have ALL the exposure and upside to 1 million shares in CRO which I identified early to achieve your ' Free Carry ' position.
Of course there will be many other combinations of this - But essentially for PIP's below 2.5 or PIP's between 4.0 and 5.0 cents as well as selling below 3.5 cents could very well result in varying amounts of Profits - but basically you would be looking to SELL your increased volumes or 1/ 3 anywhere up to 5.0 cents, and which is what we actually saw unfold. ( and predicted....
)
And It's not ' Brain Surgery ' If you Got your original parcels of 1 million back at 1.0 ..or below even better for the Math , but 2.5 was pretty much ' Locked In ' PLUS there was plenty of empirical support for the 2.5 cent level given the already pre-existing ' Unlisted ' 2.5 cent options to employees and other parties. ( you had to know this as well )
So the underlying premise here was that you had to know it was ALWAYS going to 2.5 cents - then 5.0 cents........even when you surmised it would first get to 23 -24 cents and which was my prediction ( actually got to 21 ,22 , & 23 across 2 days of trading ) .... This opportunity had to be recognized early by some in that this first LEG or Wave up was always going to be equivalent to .....and as much as the
FIRST rally in the SP which saw it hit 1.7 before settling back to 1.4 , 1.3, 1.2 .1,1.1.0 and .009 etc etc... way back when around Mid July to Mid August .....so plenty of time to have run some numbers and worked things out ....
So it's all very well for Chartist to claim these price points when they seemingly want to throw out Ancient Old support and resistance price points. But did they actually do this here .....on the CRO Chart Forums......you know to help others in making their decisions. No they did not - Instead they touted that there was NO trade in it a 1.2 - 1.3 cents ....off the back of their own Chart. Here is some other information from not that long ago in 2018 .......and which I never actually saw presented here for Investors to see.
So it's one thing to make these claims about share price movements , and quite another to support your claims and analysis with
ALL the fundamentals , including what the TA's would in fact call TA.......
, and which
ALL of it going into making an SP actually dance and do
ALL the magical things it can do......
