The three current directors represent Somers (2) and Forager (1). So it looks like a few people got together and found they had more than 5% and thought maybe they should get on the board. I don’t recall Somers or Forager lodging a change in sub notice, so tall order in kicking out reps of the largest shareholders. But who knows, stranger things have happened.
