Some companies customise/tailor their products and services according to user's needs. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. So it is very normal. So if it has not done well for 1 company out of ten, in years, then that is absolutely fine. Thorough checks to be done to understand why it has not worked. Experience sharing helps others but it gotta come with some evidence. Just my opinion.
