Yeah, sorry, 30% (substantial lodged in May) though doesn't makes any difference IMO - no way sophisticated shareholders will agree to give two inexperienced directors control. I've only bought in over recent months though my view is that new management is doing a great job and in a strong position to capitalise on opportunities in the business finance space once market returns to more normal conditions. will wait to see the members statement though if says what i expect it to say, won't have my vote.
