Damien .I agree that there will not be much selling initially as the stock will rerate with the projected $6 mill savings (which I believe is very conservative )Praemium will also leapfrog HUB to be the 2nd largest platform .I think valuations will come in well north of 75 cents especially with Canaccord already at 72 cents !!!
