you're kinda misunderstanding their offering. They're not claiming or trying to predict outcomes of trials, but run analysis to try to determine which trials are most likely to be successful so that research dollars can be invested into trials with highest probability rewarding outcomes.

ie in this announcement of the 400+ Covid trials running they've been able to identify a few that have the highest probability of a meaningful outcome. Considering the huge amounts of resources going in to all of the trials, if there's a way to narrow this shotgun approach to investing in trials then of course that's a huge outcome.

totally possible that this ann is more fluff than solid results, but if what they've got does work then it's a pretty huge resource in terms of saving/streamlining massive research investment dollars

we need to see some results and partnerships to work out if it's more than hot air
