I agree, that's my logic. But is it the company's too? And when I put that to my mate, his reply was that sites on a new estate are built on at various and random stages, ie latecomers will block the earlybird's sites - yes, he is being very negative, but it's a good question, and I was hoping we would have a definitive answer via old HC posts. If not, I will contact FBR.
