Appreciate your concerns they are valid but you need to take a drive around greenfields development areas to fully understand FBR’s target , they’re not going to bother about a build in a congested area when there are thousands of open areas . Remember they’re not taking over the world only 1% of the $14 trillion block market . Plenty of builders are watching this . There were a few big boys from BGC at the Dayton build . Neighbours tolerate what ever they need to tolerate as long as it’s within shire work hours , Every country has different bylaws. Here the work hours and noise has to stop by 8pm anything after that the residents near by have a valid complaint that can be upheld by law . With all due respect you need to see past these concerns as they are just a drop in the ocean in the scope of things .
