Neighbours tolerate what ever they need to tolerate as long as it’s within shire work hours , Every country has different bylaws. Here the work hours and noise has to stop by 8pm anything after that the residents near by have a valid complaint that can be upheld by law . With all due respect you need to see past these concerns as they are just a drop in the ocean in the scope of things .
