I believe that is the Vendor's son as the new CEO, plus Paul taking over as Chairman. This formally completes the takeover. Will be interesting to see where the next capital raising lands later this year, and if it is again underwritten by the Vendor. One has to assume it will be given there is no longer independence from them.
