Hmmm if this plays out as expected Yotpanya's backers will have told her they now need to back down and that they've lost their fight to steal the mine and associated land holding assets. To me that would implicate a JV party already at work managing the situation to ensure things happen to protect the PM/Thai ruling party and also likely enjoy some significant upside themselves.
