just in time for the capitulation...people need to consider how solid bank dividends are...all banks have been telling porkies about the state of their balance sheet since bear sterns went belly up...all of them are trying to flog the dross they're holding, which has no buyers in the open market, to the patsy of last resort...the lowly taxpayer...i'm 62 years old and ashamed of my generation...we are loading a crushing debt burden on our grandkids and those yet to be born to save our own skins.
