Once the dust settles on the current economic situation the price of Oil will rise quite dramatically.
This stock is currently relying on a bio-fuel contract which I doubt will go ahead unless bio-fuels are competitive with the price of crude.
Without a rise in the price of Oil, this stock will go nowhere (based on it's current contract in China).
