One would expect that the operations manager of a mine site would have actual qualifications, but at Manuka they don't even require a basic level of literacy.
How can someone be tasked with running a mining operation which requires the comprehension of complex and dynamic factors in the realms of engineering, geology and finance when they can't even write a coherent sentence?
This was sent to me by a friend, if you look at the video, the pit is an utter shambles.
