Under a restart scenario I would expect to see the existing preference shareholders replaced by "wealthy Thais". They would also pay us for their economic interest and possibly restarting costs. This won't be cheap as it will likely require a redesign of the existing pit to access the higher grade ores on the current boundary. Our operations expertise would then act as an incentive for ongoing cooperative behaviour. A JV tend to have an operation partner and silent partner. The latter gets a say of course but won't be involved in the day to day.
