I hope you weren't holding your breath Clare1...for no great clarity was attained in the capital raising documents. A capital raise to favour new shareholders over old. EGL seemed awash with cash and with access to more without disadvantaging current shareholders. Your suggestion of a source and application of funds statement is truly enlightened but once again, don't hold your breath. Greater shareholder engagement needed for sure.
