Might be too obvious a conclusion but would the issue of ~600k shares as part payment for services be the reason for the increase in volume and decrease in price? In the current environment it isn't crazy for someone to want to cash out quickly for services already rendered. With the light volume in the stock it isn't surprising to see the price fall.
