There are some disgruntled ex-holders lurking within the EN1 forum, and they have every right to be disgruntled, the corporate decisions of issuing shares frequently has really seen the share price hosed historically.

The business operations are sound, but COVID impacts are not completely over and we speculate the revenue should increase as they sign more contracts in the interim.

With the revenue they currently generate, this market cap is too cheap here.... The lack of faith by ex-holders in management is mostly based on historic decisions which are not as relevant today. In any case, the improved revenues are really the only thing that will see this fly past 2-4c, I'm not banking on this happening tomorrow.
