    yeah $10mill for a trial of cloud seeding or something which was in very early stages in 2007 (?) and it was very controversial, highly criticized by politicians, the public and the experts. Yes that was weird and a political strategy near election time i believe to show he was an innovation supporter .. how did it work out? However this can't compare with PCK which has gained recognition and awards for its technologies from relevant bodies
