Listed Options (IBXO) exercisable at 5 cents and expiring 26 November 2021

A company's share price is calculated by Market capitalisation (MC) * Shares on Issue (SoI) = Share Price

The notification is to tell shareholders that options have bene excised early. Meaning thay have been converted into fully paid company shares.
This will change the number of shares on issue, and therefore the share price.
Hence the market announcement.

This isnt a bad thing. The company recieves extra funds and someone in the market sees value in order to convert the options now.
The number of options converted wont really effect the share price much either
