Can someone please ellaborate on this term "middle class welfare" that I continually read.
To what welfare payments are they referring?
I am sure it would not be baby bonus as that was not a welfare payment but a populate or perish payment. As we experienced a baby boom post it's implementation it obviously hit the mark.
Nor can it be first home buyers grant as that was in lieu of compensation for the increase in housing caused by GST.
