This is very simple. That is a snapshot of the Appendix 2A released today. So as at today there are 222 odd million remaking as your screenshot states.

To find out what the total was on offer you would have to find an appendix 2A or equivalent prior to the very first exercise.

I’ll save you the effort because I have done that, it was just over 262 million so approximately 40 million have been exercised to date.
