Graeme has been a long time holder of NXM (previously HEM) formany years via his holdings with Pillage Investments, KSL Corp and KirkeSecurities.Look way back to the 2009 Annual Report and you will see Graeme held 5.43% of HEM.See here:

If you look at the details in the 604 forms, you will see that:
·Graeme ceased being a substantial holder on28/8/20 due to the dilution of tranchetwo* see below
·On that same announcement, 1m shares were soldfor 7.51cps and 500k were sold for 7.6cps.Stands to reason to me, that knowing tranche two was on the way, why not lock in some advances in the sp?
·The previous 604 around the 3rd ofJuly showed 1.25m shares bought at4.5cps and sales of 750k shares at 5.5c.There was also an off-market sale of 1.5m shares at a deemed price of 3.2cps.Were these transferred somewhere and not sold?There was also 471,541 sharessold for $30,482 or 6.5cps and 471,541 shares bought of $20,547 or 4.4cps.
·The previous 604 was back in March of 2019with buys of 1,610,874 shares for$111,711 or 6.9cps and sales of1,321,558 shares for $119,656 or 9.1cps.
* Previous holding 11m shares – 118m SOI = 9.3%.After the two tranches issued 9.5m shares held – 193m SOI = 4.91%
(Another point that is notable here, is that since 2013 when NXMofficially listed on the ASX, there are still less than 200m SOI after sevenyears.How many other juniors can claim that?)
So, in my opinion, Graeme is no dummy, merely making hay while thesun is shining and trading if an opportunity presents. J

If you look at the results of voting at the AGM a month back, only85,087 votes were against the tranche two placement so whilst he may not havevoted for … he certainly didn’t vote against!
On another point, I noticed today that ASX:GIB started drilling atthe Triumph Project.If you’re not familiar with this, the details are below:
❖Nexus to receive $440,000 +gst,5,500,000 GIB Shares and 5,500,000 GIB Options consisting of:
➢ Option payment of $110,000 +gst(non-refundable) for granting Gibb River Diamonds (GIB) a 6-month Option to Purchasethe Triumph Gold Project - Tenement E39/1179
➢ The Option can be exercised by GIBpaying Nexus a further $330,000 +gst, issuing 5,500,000 GIB Shares and 5,500,000GIB Options
➢ The 5,500,000 GIB Shares have adeemed price of 4 cents, and would be escrowed for 12 months from date of issue
➢ The 5,500,000 GIB Options terms are 9cent strike with an expiry on 28 November 2022
❖ Nexus retains the right to removehistoric tailings from the tenement for a period up to 2 years

Anyway, there are many positives with NXM right now in my opinionand I’ll be topping up again next week if an opportunity presents.No rush, assays are still about three weeks away imo.
