It's going to start to get interesting when the cuts from OPEC start to show and when demand ticks up just slightly keeping in mind that it doesn't take much for the oil markets to tighten.
The march contract on the NYMEX is trading at $6 higher at the moment indicating a belief that demand will eventually pick up.
