    Sure there are safer investments out there. I hope I hold some. However they are the ones that have no chance of gaining 100% per year, maybe even 100% per month. Some of the riskier but fundamentally sound stocks are the ones that will reap the great rewards. I suggest that CER is one of those. The potential far outweighs the risk.

    I'm often wrong but over the years have done OK.

    One thing I have learnt is that it pays to tell the banks that you have property on the market yet at the same time hope it does not sell. I could list you a lot of properties that I have sold that would have been "ten baggers" had I held for a couple more years. I'll be happy if centro sell none of their properties and use income to reduce debt.

    CER is oversold, oversold, oversold.

    That is my opinion DYOR. (And speaking of research, there is some very good and detailed research in recent posts on CER.)
